THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS

More than putting
numbers on a page.

An estimate can look complete and still overlook work the project needs.

Julio reviews the information you provide with an experienced adjuster’s eye: preparation, protection, removal, repairs, replacement, and cleanup. The aim is to identify supported work that may have been missed, not add items that don’t belong.

01

Scope that follows the evidence

Photos, measurements, reports, and your scope notes inform the line items. Missing information is clarified, not invented.

02

Clear, itemized documentation

See the work, quantities, and pricing organized into an estimate you can review and explain.

03

Help without another hire

Get support for a single file, a complex project, or a backlog. Keep your attention on the work and your clients.

A DIFFERENT PRICING PERSPECTIVE

Insurer not accepting your estimate?
Bring another pricing perspective.

Keep your Xactimate estimate and add an iScope estimate of the same documented work and quantities. Present them side by side to show how a competing pricing system values the repairs, potentially at a higher amount. Julio writes in iScope using a price list updated monthly.

iScope’s prices appear to average around 10–15% higher than Xactimate’s, although individual items and projects vary. For a large project, investing a few hundred dollars in that comparison may be worthwhile. It gives you another documented basis for discussing the carrier’s estimate—not a promise of acceptance.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before you send
your first file.

Do I need an iScope subscription?

No. This is an estimate-writing service. Julio does the writing in iScope; you do not need to buy software or learn a new program.

Can you work from an existing estimate?

Yes. Send the estimate along with the supporting photos, measurements, and scope notes. Julio can discuss preparing an iScope estimate and reviewing differences in scope, quantities, and pricing.

How soon will I receive my estimate?

Julio confirms a delivery date after reviewing the scope, available documentation, and current workload. Tell him about your deadline when you first get in touch.

What if something changes?

One consolidated revision within the original scope is included. New damage, additional areas, changed measurements, or other expanded work are discussed and quoted separately.

Is this a public adjusting representation service?

The service offered here is remote estimate writing from the information you provide. Claim representation, insurer negotiation, and site inspections are not included in these writing packages.
